Hole 1
A sharp dogleg right opening par-4 that plays tougher than its distance of 370 yards from the back tee. Anything safe left or even straightaway and long races away from the green and makes the second shot much longer thanks to the fall away fairway that slopes to the left. There is an ideal spot on the right side 145 yards from the green for a good approach in; bold players can cut off the dogleg if they can carry the tee shot to the 114-yard spot. The approach to the elevated green is uphill, with two deep bunkers, one on each side of the putting surface, that make recovery very difficult.
