A wonderful short par-5, only 501 yards from the back tee, with the forward markers on the fairway side of a diagonal cross wash. This is the only hole at Desert Forest that incorporates native slopes perpendicular (sheer across) the line of play. The first one, at 250 yards from the green, is the key dividing line for tee shots; short of this you have to lay up; beyond it the tee shot slingshots forward and leaves a relatively easy approach that can be run up into the green.
