Hole 11
Plays the way it measures – 581 yards, the longest hole on the course. This par-5 has a fairly wide tee shot landing area, but the hole climbs imperceptibly 35 feet from tee to green. The key is getting past the second dogleg and avoiding a palo verde on the right at 130 yards out. Anything too far left has to play over or around a massive mesquite 40 yards out from the green on that left side. With a grassy swale that used to be a dry wash crossing in front, you can’t roll the approach onto the uplifted green front.
